Do your baby hats have sun protection?

We understand how important it is to keep your baby protected from the sun's harmful rays. All of our baby hats offer UPF 50+ sun protection (the highest rating achievable) to keep their face, eyes and neck shaded from the sun. The fabrics we use are tested to ensure a UPF 50+ rating for each and every Sunday Afternoons style.

What if my baby outgrows their hat?

Kids grow up fast! That's why we design nearly all of our infant hats with an expandable fit so they can wear them longer. We also created the Kids' Trade-Up Program, where you can snap a photo of your baby in the hat they've outgrown and get 50% off the next size up. What materials are your baby hats made from?

Our baby hats are made from a range of high-quality materials and fabrics, from 100% recycled and bluesign® certified lightweight polyester to ultra soft acyrlic knit. No matter which hat style you choose, you can rest assured all fabrics soft on sensitive baby skin and are UPF 50+ tested and cerified (excluding mesh ventilation).

Can I wash my baby hat?

You can handwash your baby's hat in cold water with gentle soap. To dry, hang or air dry to keep its shape intact. You can also find the care instructions on each product page or the care label inside of the baby hat for specific instructions.
