Need to return or exchange a recent purchase? We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 90 days of the original purchase date. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

It only takes 4 easy steps to initiate a return:

  1. Carefully read and complete the return form you received with your package. Don't have it? No problem, print another one HERE.
  2. Pack your hat using the instructions below. Don't forget to include your return form!
    • Hat must be in clean, unworn, and undamaged condition to receive refund/exchange.
    • Do not fold or crease brim.
    • Please return in same box or one of similar size in which it was shipped. Do not use envelopes.
  3. Print out a return label using the button below and attach it to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship it!

Upon receipt and processing of the return, $4.99 will be deducted from your final refund. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing once the package has arrived at our warehouse.


What do I do if my hat/accessory has a defect?

Can I use any carrier to return an item?

We provide prepaid UPS return labels for your convenience, and a return fee of $4.99 will be deducted upon processing your return/exchange. However, you are welcome to use any carrier you prefer.

What is the Original Sales Order #?

You can find this number on your invoice, under “SA Order #.”

If I purchased my Sunday Afternoons item through another retailer, can I return/exchange directly with you?

Your item must have been purchased directly from Sunday Afternoons for us to process a return/exchange.

How long does it take for an exchange item to ship?

The turnaround time for exchanges is typically 2-3 weeks. This can vary depending on our current order volume.

If I return an item, are shipping fees refunded?

Shipping fees are not refunded. If you choose to use our prepaid UPS label, $4.99 will be deducted at the time of processing. If you choose to use another carrier, the return fees are your responsibility.
