Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associates are responsible for the customer experience within the store. They are to appropriately educate, assist, and facilitate the customer’s purchase. Sales Associates make themselves readily available and create a fun and engaging atmosphere for all customers.

Manufacturer’s Rep

The Manufacturer’s Rep requires a proven sales history in the accessories or soft goods categories, great communication skills, occasional travel to retail accounts, excellent follow-through, and a desire to exceed customer expectations. We design and manufacture premium products that are sold primarily in outdoor and lifestyle retailers and are accepting applications for professional representation in all states. Customer Loyalty Ambassador

The Customer Loyalty Ambassador delivers outstanding and friendly service through interactions via phone, webchat, email, and in-person, and engages all customers with warmth and sincerity. The Customer Loyalty Ambassador assists with internal and external sales channels, including sales representatives, wholesale accounts, retail customers, and any other potential customer of the Company.

IT Coordinator

The IT Coordinator will assist the IT Director with the maintenance of all core business systems. This will include administrative tasks related to network maintenance, security, and updates. Duties also include assisting employees with computer-related issues and general troubleshooting.
