Manufacturer’s Rep

The Manufacturer’s Rep requires a proven sales history in the accessories or soft goods categories, great communication skills, occasional travel to retail accounts, excellent follow-through, and a desire to exceed customer expectations. We design and manufacture premium products that are sold primarily in outdoor and lifestyle retailers and are accepting applications for professional representation in all states. Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst analyzes financial data by collecting, monitoring, and creating financial models for decision support with an emphasis on revenue, operating expenses and inventory costing, in addition to assisting with creating budgets and forecasts.

HR Director

The Human Resources Director possesses outstanding people skills and ensures that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with overall business objectives. Duties include supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, dealing with employee grievances and disputes, mitigating risk, structuring benefits packages, designing compelling performance review mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs.
