Our Lifetime Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, stains, grommet patina, shrinking, fading, fraying, lost pieces, and product failures as a result of misuse or improper care. If you believe your product has a defect, please follow file a claim form for consideration.
Once a claim form is submitted, we will begin to process your claim. We may contact you for additional information if we have any questions, and request that you reply within 5 days. Claims are handled in the order in which they are received and can take approximately 2-3 weeks to process. You will be notified via email as soon as a decision has been made. Please note, submission does not guarantee approval, and incomplete submissions will not be considered. Sunday Afternoons reserves the right to determine if an item qualifies for replacement under our Lifetime Guarantee.
Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. At the discretion of Sunday Afternoons, a similar alternative style may be offered, if the product submitted for consideration has been discontinued or is no longer available.
All approved claims include a $6.95 standard shipping charge (free shipping promos do not apply to approved guarantees) for each approved item. If approved, you will be emailed additional details and an invoice for payment of the shipping charge. Please review this invoice carefully prior to payment, as we cannot make changes to the order or edit it once the invoice is paid. Approved Lifetime Guarantee claims are not eligible for return/refund or exchange. Sunday Afternoons reserves the right to deny and or limit these claims.
We are only able to process Lifetime Guarantee claims for customers in the United States and Canada. If you are outside these regions, please reach out to the international distributor closest to you regarding a potential claim.
